City Center
Glass towers and gravity-rail lines over restored Soviet facades. The administrative and commercial core of Odesa — orderly on the surface, pressurized underneath.
City Center is the city's public face: corporate headquarters, municipal offices, licensed security patrols, and functioning infrastructure. The surveillance density is the highest in Odesa. Incidents here are rare and investigated quickly. Beneath the clean facade, City Center is a pressure point — every major faction has assets here, offices, contacts, and dead drops. It is the only district where a public fight costs more than a quiet one.
Architecture
Twenty-five to forty-floor glass-and-aluminium towers with parametric facades that cycle holographic Ukrainian ornamental patterns every four hours. Ground level: restored 1950s stone buildings with biometric entry lobbies. Sky-bridges connect the tallest towers at mid-height. Polished stone plazas, light fountains, media-façade screens, and glass handrail systems shape the public corridors. Metro entries are glass bubble structures at street level. Gravity-rail platforms run above the pedestrian tiers.
In the City
Prospect's administrative core and the business heart of Odesa. Guardians maintain the highest patrol density in the city. Wanderer scouts use the Panoramic Boulevard as a reconnaissance route. Every faction keeps a presence here. Key sites: Glass Spine towers (Prospect executive offices, floors 25–40, rooftop cafés with drone delivery), Panoramic Boulevard (wide promenade, event pavilions, sightlines across the city), Merchant Passage (19th-century arcade reconstructed in LED and neon, trading in information as readily as goods).
