Guardians

The Guardians are the remnants of pre-occupation municipal police, reorganized under corporate-state authority. They enforce curfews, control checkpoint traffic, and run the city's official detention system.

Individual Guardians range from true believers to exhausted functionaries just surviving the regime. Their allegiance is to the chain of command — which currently runs through a board of directors.
