Wanderers

Wanderers are the city's ghosts — people who exist outside the registry, the surveillance grid, and the formal economy. They inhabit abandoned infrastructure, transit tunnels, and the spaces between controlled zones.

Some are ideological: anti-augmentation communities, old-faith groups, privacy extremists. Others are simply people who fell through every available net and kept walking.

Wanderer trust is rare and slow to build. Those who earn it gain access to routes and knowledge that no corporate database holds.
