Faction
Street Gangs
Loose network of street crews controlling blocks, transit routes, and local black markets.
Street Gangs are not a unified faction — they are a category. Dozens of crews hold blocks, intersections, and industrial lots across the lower city. They collaborate when threatened, fragment when profitable, and change allegiance fast.
Most crews specialize: courier networks, stolen hardware, informal security for establishments that can't afford licensed firms. A few have grown into serious operations with supply chains and legal fronts.
Street crew contacts are cheap to maintain and volatile to rely on. The right introduction opens a block. The wrong conflict closes a district.
